After School Program
Our after-school program combines a range of activities including sports, music , arts, branding, creative movement, dance and fitness games. Nutrition topics are also discussed.

Before School Program
Typically Offered 1-2x per week, mom or dad comes to school with the child 30-45 minutes before the day started and participates in a Healthy activity. Nutrition topics are also discussed

Recess Programing
We Create a personalized plan for your recess program and provide activity stations that include structured activities, supplemented by a free play area.


Mission Statement
BALRUN is a well-rounded sports fitness and health solution to encourage kids to be fit for life. The Program is for kids ages 7-15 which condense physical ,social , linguistic and communication skills training aspects to achieve different goals.

Field Day
Our Coaches will Setup, run the activities and cleanup at conclusion of the day. Our Coaches bring the knowledge and energy to get everyone engaged and having a blast!

Nutrition
We believe that each and every one of you deserves a chance to better yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This holistic approach acknowledges these four “bodies” allowing you to work towards creating a balance one day at a time

BALRUN RBI is a Major League Baseball initiative with a mission to increase urban and inner-city young people’s interest and participation
in baseball and softball by re-introducing, reviving and rebuilding America’s pastime in underserved communities.
BALRUN AAU is Westchester’s up and coming youth basketball program. BALRUN offers travel basketball programs for various ages.
All basketball programs run in three season cycles (fall, winter, and spring) and seasons run between 10-12 weeks.
BALRUN NFL Flag Football League is a premier youth flag football league for both boys and girls. BALRUN Flag Football is primed to provide young players a fun exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while developing skills and learning lessons in teamwork.

BALRUN Branding Workshop covers the theory and practice of creating brand identity design products. Brand is the perception of the company in the eyes of the world. These items will have a strong identity that separates them or makes them stand out from the crowd of brands on the market. Students will learn many theories that are the foundation of visual and/or graphic design.

Private Training programs allows for flexible scheduling through appointment based sessions. Our program puts an emphasis on our clients needs, desired improvements, and is taught within a fun & safe environment

This program is designed for a beginner athlete with a focus on foundation strength and endurance. Our program introduces strength training concepts with an emphasis on proper form, movement patterns, bodyweight resistance training, progressive programming, and nutrition.
Youth ReBoot camp is an outdoor interval training program designed for youth looking to kick start their fitness goals. The program combines cardio and strength training in one session. ReBoot camp will constantly challenge you by offering you consistent and positive motivational support.
